2016nian9yue,zhejiangshengkexuejishuting、zhejiangshengchengzhanghedingxinweiyuanhuihezhunjianshezhejiangshengludiguancha-chengxiangchangshiquzhongdianchangshishi,yougongxianyi、pandeluyuanshichurenxueshuweiyuanhuizhuren、fuzhuren,xuwenchuanshourenchangshishizhuren。changshishizailudiwulixue、xinxishiji、shuxuehejingqidenghaochuzhishijidepeihezhidianxia,chengzhangludiguanchahefangzhentancexianggouchengshiji,goujianduojiedianshoujichangshixitong,zhankaishuixiakeshihuahaishangchangshiyukaozheng,weiludiguancha-chengxiangbiaodemudedetongyegongjihaishangchangshipingtai,tongshiweizhejiangshengludikaipiyucaozonggongjiwulidekejichengchi,yanzhangcongkejiyanfadaoyingyeliyongdezhouqi,jiaqiangludixinxibaozhengdekejihanlianghejishufujiazhi。

二、研讨标的目的
